Hi, I’m Mike. I founded Targeted Marketing to help brands replicate the personalized, relationship-driven shopping experience online. My journey began in 2012 managing a high-end retail flagship store, where I learned the value of knowing each customer as an individual. In 2018, I joined Klaviyo as a founding member of their Customer Implementation team, working with thousands of eCommerce brands to maximize their retention strategies. In 2022, I launched Targeted Marketing to give brands the tools and strategies they need to turn subscribers into loyal customers without relying on constant sales.

Abby started her eCommerce career in the subscription box space, where she first used Klaviyo as a customer and loved it enough to join the company. At Klaviyo, she worked alongside Mike to help brands achieve measurable ROI through retention marketing. Abby’s background also includes running her own interior design business, giving her a rare blend of creative vision and strategic thinking. At Targeted Marketing, she helps clients deliver highly personalized customer experiences while ensuring campaigns are built on data-backed strategy.
