I began my career in e-comm marketing in 2018 as a founding member of the Customer Onboarding Team for Klaviyo. 

​Over the course of 4 years, I helped hundreds of entrepreneurs, creators, and small business owners customize their email marketing strategy based on their unique business model demands — ​I work closely with each client to understand their desired long and short term goals and outcomes and then develop a strategy customized to their particular needs. My past experience, working in high-end retail helps me understand the importance of personalizing the customer experience; I work with each client to ensure their branding and voice is effectively conveyed in their email and SMS content. I believe personalization of content allows potential customers to have a more realistic emotional connection with the brand, making them repeatable customers. ​

​I grew up with parents who owned their own small business; I understand the many hats and conflicting priorities business owners have as they scale and grow — it is this understanding that drives my passion to put the business owner at the forefront to ensure they are maximizing their return on investment, while also ensuring their customer has a memorable brand experience.
